Part of Edgewater Martial Arts, the Kempo First foundation is a distinctive martial arts school located in northern Denver. Our instructors have decades of combined experience teaching different styles of karate, Gow-Ren-Lu Kempo, Lohan, Tai Chor, and Fuzkou White Crane kung fu, Iaido, Shodo, and orthodox Chinese internal arts.
