Pam Said:

I was very disappointed by the service I received from Tulper and Company. Upon receiving telephonic guidance for a company representative, I sent my DKNY watch in for repair. The representative assured me that the missing rhinestone could be replaced with no problem. I mailed my watch in it's orginal case to ensure it arrived undamaged. Unfortunately, I receive my watch back one month later in worse shape then it was when I sent it in for repair. Two stones are missing now. When I called to discuss my disappointment with management the representative refused to take ownership for causing more damage to my watch. He remembered exactly what watch I was referring to but claimed they could not have caused damage because they couldn't replace the stone. When I asked why my watch returned in a envelope instead of it's original case, he informed me that the company throws away cases and that he's sorry but that's just the way they do business. Needless to say, I'll never contact Tul
